Alison McMahon is the CEO of Cannabis At Work, a Certified Human Resource
Professional, educator and entrepreneur. After 10 years of providing HR
solutions to customers across Canada, she founded Cannabis at Work in 2015.
Cannabis at Work is the leading source in Canada for cannabis jobs, recruitment
services, online industry training, and workplace impairment training.
Alison holds a Bachelor of Human Resources and Labour Relations (B.HRLR)
and a Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation.
Alison served on the board for the Human Resources Institute of Alberta (HRIA)
for 3 years. In addition, Alison is a former Term Instructor at the MacEwan
University School of Business.
Jodi McDonald is the President & Founder of Keystone Labs Inc., (www.keystonelabs.ca) an Edmonton based Health Canada accredited testing facility with a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) establishment license. Keystone Labs was incorporated in 2005 and in August 2015, acquired a Health Canada controlled substance license to conduct cannabis testing. Jodi has a background in clinical and microbiology sciences and her passion is bridging the gap between analytical and microbial sciences and the medical cannabis industry to help improve the quality of medicinal cannabis products being used by patients. Her vision is to offer validated and quality testing data comparable to the pharmaceutical industry for medical cannabis patients health and safety. Jodi has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Alberta. She is a writer for Hydro Life magazine on scientific topics regarding cannabis testing. Jodi is very involved with the Alberta Women Entrepreneurs, enabling women to build successful businesses. Also, Jodi offers her scientific expertise to several key advisory boards; NAIT Biological Sciences Laboratory and Research Program Advisory Committee, University of Alberta, Medical Laboratory Sciences Advisory Committee.

Internationally renowned hemp expert Anndrea Hermann is originally from Joplin, Missouri she graduated from Missouri Southern State University, Joplin, MO in 2002 with a B.GS in Hemp Ecolonomics. She acquired an internship with the Parkland Industrial Hemp Growers in the summer of 2001 and in late 2003, she was selected as a Manitoban Provincial Nominee under the Unique Skilled Worker Program (Hemp Technician). Anndrea became a Canadian landed immigrant/permanent resident in 2004 and in July of 2012 she became a Canadian Citizen holding dual USA citizenship. In August of 2008 she completed a Masters of Science in Hemp Fibre Agronomy at the University of Manitoba. She has authored articles, edited and co-authored books /chapters and industry reviews. With over 15 years’ experience in the Canadian & International Cannabis industry, she has a wide range of interdisciplinary skills: Hemp Fibre & Seed Agronomy,Hemp Field Trials & Crop THC Sampling, Product Quality Standards and Testing, Sales, Marketing,Product Development, Regulatory Affairs, Certifications and Licensing, Client to Client Connections,Hemp Building Applications, Project Analysis, Body care, Fashion, Food and so much more....
Born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Allan started his career as a dishwasher in his early teens. 24 years later and Allan's culinary journey has taken him across the globe.A graduate of Red River College's Culinary Arts program Allan has been part of teams that have helped open restaurants such as The Mitchell block, The Merchant Kitchen, 7 and 1/4 Bistro as well as opening his own K'imchi cafe and Baon Bistro Fil-Asian Food truck in the past which since then been sold. With years of damage from repetitive use his elbows and hands arthritis has taken a toll on Allan's ability for long hours in the kitchen. A few years ago with the help of medical marijuana Allan has been able to do what he loves and cook again. Currently he is heavily involved in Winnipeg's culinary scene doing special events and having founded " Baon Manila Nights" a Filipino inspired pop up dinner series that has brought them to do dinners and food tours all the way from Japan to France and California to Morocco. He also has founded "Kitchen Kumite" an annual chef battle for cancer pitting the cities best chefs and restaurants together to do battle all to raise funds for Cancer care Manitoba . Currently in the works are a webisode series "WTF (Where's The Food)that highlights Winnipeg's culinary gems and stars. Lastly Allan has been an advocate in trying to promote and educate by teaching "Cooking with Cannabis 101" with fellow cannabis Educator Devin Sprague. Allan also has founded "Flat lands Infused" a cannabis infused pop up dinner series for cannabis patients that involves the infusion of medicine with your food.
